A breakfast menu is provided each day to my guests for the following mornings breakfast. Guests can choose to enjoy breakfast with others in the dining room or delivered directly to their room for a more private experience.
MAINS
CONTINENTAL
Your choice of Raisin Bran or Corn Flakes. Served with vanilla yogurt, fruit cup, granola and milk
EGGS BENEDICT
2 poached eggs and shaved ham covered in a delicious Béarnaise sauce. Served on a toasted english muffin
WAFFLES
Golden brown waffles. Served with sprinkled icing sugar and a dollop of butter on each waffle. Option to add whipping cream or fruit
FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST
Two eggs made to your preference (scrambled, poach soft, poach hard, fried hard or fried soft) Served with white or whole wheat toast. Choice of bacon or sausage.
FRENCH TOAST
Three pieces of bread dunked in a bath of egg, cinnamon, vanilla and milk. Grilled to a golden brown. Served with icing sugar, sliced strawberries and table syrup
